AIDS again?

So one of the things we discussed at our secret society that is Movie Club I found rather interesting.....

Will a cannibal get AIDS if he eats a dude/chick that has AIDS?.... But he cooks the person first!

    Not Medical Advice: Yes. Researchers believe that African bushmen who eat ape meat infected with simbian equivalent of HIV contracted the virus.
